The 289 Series Wide Flange corners are designed for aluminum siding, projects where the siding was cut too short or has pulled back enough that regular width corners will not fully cover the siding, or homes where a wider look is desired. Use the 289 series for corners when you want the corner to have a wraparound lip and a nail hole at the top, typically designed for aluminum, hardboard and fiber cement siding.
