Corner Treatment

121 Series

The 121 Series corners are specifically designed for split shake or raked shake siding, with a straight vertical pattern to complement the grooved shake siding. These corners have a full wraparound lip on the bottom and nail holes at the top for easy and secure installation. The 121 series corners are produced in both primed aluminum for applications that will be painted, or EG Steel for applications using stain.

122 Series

The 122 Series corners are the industry standard corner for redwood and cedar siding. Constructed with a right angle flange, these corners come with nail holes for bottom nailing. The corners are available in a wide variety of lengths and flange widths to cover most styles of wood siding.

199 Series Prefinished

The 199 Series Prefinished corners are stocked in all of the James Hardie Statement Collection® colors. Colors have been carefully developed and matched for both color and sheen. They are manufactured with a full wraparound lower lip requiring no bottom nail and are the industry standard corner for prefinished fiber cement siding. The corners come in a variety of standard lengths to fit most available cement fiber plank siding. Corners are specified by the length of the board, not the exposure.

199 Series Primed

The 199 Series Corners are manufactured with a full wraparound lower lip requiring no bottom nail and are the industry standard corner for hardboard and fiber cement siding. The outside is primed and ready to paint and coated for full protection on the inside. The corners come in a variety of standard lengths and return lip sizes to fit most available hardboard or cement fiber plank siding. Corners are specified by the length of the board, not the exposure.

252 Series

The 252 Series Vintage corners are designed for both re-model projects and new construction where a more decorative retro look to the corner trim is desired. Use the 252 series for wood siding, bottom nailed.

259 Series

The 259 Series Vintage corners are designed for both re-model projects and new construction where a more decorative retro look to the corner trim is desired. Use the 259 series for corners when you want the corner to have a wraparound lip and a nail hole at the top, typically designed for hardboard and fiber cement siding.

282 Series

The 282 Series Wide Flange corners are designed for projects where the siding was cut too short or has pulled back enough that regular width corners will not fully cover the siding, or homes where a wider look is desired. Use the 282 series for corners when you want to bottom nail the corners, typically designed for wood siding.

289 Series

The 289 Series Wide Flange corners are designed for aluminum siding, projects where the siding was cut too short or has pulled back enough that regular width corners will not fully cover the siding, or homes where a wider look is desired. Use the 289 series for corners when you want the corner to have a wraparound lip and a nail hole at the top, typically designed for aluminum, hardboard and fiber cement siding.

299 Series Prefinished

The 299 Series Prefinished Artisan® Lap Siding corners are stocked in all of the James Hardie Statement Collection® colors. Colors have been carefully developed and matched for both color and sheen. These corners designed to accentuate the shadow line and thickness of the Artisan® Lap siding. Manufactured with a full wraparound lower lip, these corners require no bottom nail and are easily installed after the Artisan® Lap is hung. Complementing the quality of Artisan® siding, the material used is heavy .019” aluminum. The 299 Series corners are available to fit all Artisan® Lap siding sizes, in both smooth and wood grain textures. To ensure complete coverage of the thick Artisan® siding, the corners are a full 2” wide at the bottom, tapering down to 1-3/8 at the top to create a continuous edge line.

299 Series Primed

Complementing the quality of Artisan® siding, the material used is heavy .019” aluminum, primed and ready for paint on the outside and coated for full protection on the inside. The 299 Series corners are available to fit all Artisan® Lap siding sizes, in both smooth and wood grain textures. To ensure complete coverage of the thick Artisan® siding, the corners are a full 2” wide at the bottom, tapering down to 1-3/8 at the top to create a continuous edge line.

399 Series

The 399 Inside corners will provide a cleaner look on inside corners, allowing the shadow line to continue uninterrupted. They are manufactured with a full wraparound lower lip requiring no bottom nail. The outside is primed and ready to paint and coated for full protection on the inside. The corners come in a variety of standard lengths and return lip sizes to fit most available hardboard or cement fiber plank siding. Due to the nature of the lip these corners will have a triangular notched opening at the bottom that should be caulked to prevent insect entry.coated for full protection on the inside.
